The legal bit...
I am not a solicitor or any other such legal expert, so please forgive this small section if it doesn't seem like your usual corporate legalese!
Firstly, any questions from the WJEC are used with their allowance (for which I am infinitely grateful). Any other exercises have been assembled by myself, as far as possible writing my own questions and examples. However, the internet being the massive place it is, I have inevitably searched for ideas in places, and if you see something in one of my resources that you feel is copyrighted, please contact me and I will remove the offending item if necessary (or, preferably, credit the original source if it can be found!). Similarly, there are only so many ways to ask certain types of question, and only so many sensible contexts to set a question that make sense; again, should you feel I am in breach of your copyright then please just contact me.
All solutions are produced either by myself, or by using ChatGPT for swiftness. As such, no such errors should be attributed to the WJEC, they hold no responsibility or liability for anything produced on this site.
Further, I also hold no responsibility or liability for any errors or omissions found - I am only human, and am solely offering resources which may support the study of mathematics.
Neither I nor any third party provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy of the materials, and by using any resources from this site you agree that I hold no liability whatsoever for any errors, inaccuracies or incompleteness of the resources provided. It is entirely your responsibility to ensure that the resources are used effectively for your purposes.
The MathEVmatics brand, logo and resources are copyrighted and may not be reproduced or used other than as a free resource to help students. If you can please link to my site, rather than re-upload files elsewhere, it would be greatly appreciated (and it means that you will always get the latest and greatest version with any corrections/additions as time goes on and I improve them).
The website host probably uses cookies - I think pretty much every site does these days. If that is an issue, please do not use the site.
I do not gather or collect any information intentionally. If you e-mail me regarding anything, you consent to my holding of any information provided until such time as the information is not required and can be deleted.
I thank my wonderful students over the past few years who act as my proof-readers when I produce new materials; I am indebted to them for their efforts to minimise my errors!
If you have any queries or concerns regarding any of the above, once again, please just contact me.
